* SIM Activation Process

• Once the purchase is completed, the online Korea SIM activation process will be handled via email.
• We will request documents to verify that you are a Korean residing abroad or a foreigner with an ARC, resident card.
• So reply ASAP, please.
• After verifying the documents,
• We will send instructions for the identity verification method and activation process, so proceed accordingly.
• Once the identity verification process is done through simple authentication, certified authentication, or credit card,
• SIM Activation will be completed.

• Weekends & Holidays: Closed.
• SIM Activation Lead Time: 20 minutes.

* Shipping

• Shipping cost : US$ 3.13
• We ship via Korea Post.
• Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon-Fri) will be delivered the next day.
• Orders placed after 4 PM on Fridays will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
• No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

* Expiry

• The expiry date is calculated including the SIM activation date.
• For example, if the activation date is January 1 at anytime,
• the expiry date is January 29 at 11:59 PM.

* Recharge

• Recharge your Korea SIM before your expiry date, please.
• If you don't recharge before expiry, your SIM will be terminated.
• Your SIM will be terminated upon leaving Korea.

* Refund

• Before Shipping : No cancellation fee.
• After shipping: A handling fee of 10% will be charged.
• Once your Koreaa SIM Card opened, it is not refundable.
• 30 days after purchase: Non-refundable.
• Refund method varies depending on the original payment method.
• If credit or debit card was used,
• the issuing bank will receive the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
• To verify when the amount will be credited to your account, contact the issuing bank of the card.
• The refund process for your Korea SIM card starts immediately based on Korea SIM status.
