• TRS (Trunked Radio System) : 013
• Virtual Phone Number for personal : 050
• Domestic video calls by provided Korea carriers(SKT, KT, LGU+).
• Using these chargeable numbers will shorten your SIM’s expiry date.
• Note that you'll need to recharge in 30-day increments to continue using it due to the shortened expiration date.

* Expiry

• The expiry date is calculated including the SIM activation date.
• For example, if the activation date is January 1 at anytime,
• the expiry date is January 29 at 11:59 PM.

* Refund

• Before Recharge : No cancellation fee.
• After Recharge: Non-refundable.
• Once SIM Card has used, it is not refundable.
• Refund method varies depending on the original payment method.
• If credit or debit card was used,
• the issuing bank will receive the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
• To verify when the amount will be credited to your account, contact the issuing bank of the card.
• The refund process for the SIM card starts immediately based on SIM status.
