*How to add call service

- Request the eSIM and Voice activation from the counter staff during pickup.

- To use voice on your Korea eSIM, pay the recharge amount at the time of pickup.

- The refund process for the Korea eSIM starts immediately based on QR code status.

- If credit or debit card was used,
- the issuing bank will receive the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
