- If your phone is locked.
- If SKT Korea SIM operates only on 3G due to lack of LTE support.
- Calls Service restrictions apply for stays exceeding 90 days.
* Fully Refundable Case :
- If the pickup date has passed,you have the option to reschedule your pickup date or receive a full refund.
* Refund Process :
- Korea SIM cards refunds are processed immediately based on SIM Card status.
- Refund method varies by original payment method.
* For Credit/Debit Card Payments :
- Refunds are processed to the issuing bank within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
